Every placement season, capable students are turned away in the first rounds — not because they can’t do the job, but because of gaps nobody told them about.
Delivered on campus, weighted to your batch’s biggest gaps, and refreshed every placement cycle.
“For the first time, our training was based on what recruiters actually said about our students. Our first-round clear rate nearly doubled.”
Dr. Ramesh IyerTraining & Placement Officer, Sri Venkateswara Institute of Technology“Referred candidates arrive already interview-ready. Our panels spend their time evaluating, not filtering.”
Kavya SharmaTalent Acquisition Lead, Nexora Systems“I knew how to code. PlacedMatrix taught me how to show it in an interview. I was placed in my second drive.”
Aditya KulkarniB.Tech CSE, Class of 2026 · SDE-1Most programs teach a fixed syllabus. We start with structured feedback from HR teams and technical interviewers on why candidates were rejected, and build each batch’s training around those specific gaps — sharpening skills students already have rather than starting from zero.
From our hiring partners and the interview panels at drives we support. After interviews we run structured debriefs and aggregate the reasons candidates didn’t progress — anonymised and grouped by skill area and role.
Yes. Our Selective Track starts with a PlacedMatrix entry test; we then train the students who qualify in a more intensive program with priority referrals. Many campuses run both models side by side.
Most programs run 8–12 weeks on campus, scheduled around your academic calendar. We also run short, intensive bootcamps ahead of major placement drives.
Students who perform best in our assessments and mock interviews are referred directly to partner companies with a detailed scorecard. Companies then interview them through their own process.
We work through universities, so the best route is to ask your placement cell to book a demo with us. You can also contact us and we’ll reach out to your campus.
